Overview

• Lead implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets
• Oversee Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management implementations, including project costing, billing, and revenue management
• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes to understand their financial management and project management needs
• Design and propose effective solutions using Oracle Fusion Financials and Project Management modules
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions
• Provide expert-level support and consultation to clients on Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion solutions with other business applications
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion features and best practices
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Oracle Fusion implementations

Responsibilities

Implementation and Configuration

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials and Project Management modules
• Configure and customize applications to align with client requirements
• Develop functional designs and solution architectures

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes
• Gather and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications

Quality Assurance and Testing

• Develop and execute test plans for Oracle Fusion implementations
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing
• Resolve issues identified during testing phases

Client Support and Consultation

• Provide expert-level support to clients on Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress
• Offer strategic advice on leveraging Oracle SaaS solutions

Performance Optimization

• Monitor and optimize application performance
• Implement efficient configurations and customizations
• Conduct regular performance testing and tuning activities

Training and Knowledge Transfer

• Provide end-user training on Oracle Fusion Financials and Project Management modules
• Develop training materials and user guides
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams

Project Management

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure project deliverables meet Oracle Application Implementation standards

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion features and industry trends
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial Reporting
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management
• Oracle Fusion certifications (preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
