As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our revenue organization through strategic operations management and AI implementation. You'll work across the organization to support our lead operations, outbound motion, forecasting, reporting, and systems management while developing our partner program and driving AI deployment. This role will be measured on the overall success of the revenue organization.
Drive lead operations and outbound motion efficiency through process optimization, automation, and AI implementation
Develop and manage comprehensive forecasting and reporting systems to provide actionable insights for leadership
Oversee revenue technology stack, ensuring proper integration, data flow, and optimization
Spearhead the development and scaling of our partner program to diversify revenue streams
Implement AI solutions across the revenue organization to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align goals and optimize the revenue funnel
Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the revenue operations process
Analyze revenue performance data and develop strategies to address gaps
Design and implement scalable processes that support the company's growth objectives
Maintain clear documentation of revenue operations processes, systems, and best practices
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
Proven experience implementing AI solutions to enhance revenue operations efficiency
Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies and CRM systems
Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
Demonstrated ability to design and optimize complex revenue processes
Experience developing or supporting partner programs
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while aligning with team goals
