Opportunity:

We’re looking for a high-performing, analytical, and polished candidate to support our Revenue Strategy & Operations and Integration team through a period of transformational growth. As we integrate Thoughtful AI, Access Healthcare, and SmarterDX into a unified platform company, you’ll play a critical role in driving post-merger integration efforts, optimizing operational performance, and delivering data-driven insights across key initiatives.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll begin by supporting the Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations and quickly grow into owning initiatives and driving workstreams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Post-Merger Integration: Track integration milestones, identify risks, synthesize operational data, and support alignment across the newly combined organization.
  • Drive Operational Improvements: Analyze workflows, processes, and metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and alignment.
  • Build Dashboards & Reports: Develop and maintain clear, executive-level dashboards and reporting on key business metrics, especially related to revenue and performance.
  • Conduct Revenue Strategy & Operations Analysis: Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making across go-to-market, customer success, product, and finance teams.
  • Deliver High-Quality Outputs: Create financial models, business cases, slide decks, and memos that reflect rigorous thinking and executive polish.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with department heads, customers, and internal stakeholders to translate insights into action.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, or similar analytical role. Healthcare/RCM experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, financial analysis, etc.). SQL proficiency or interest in learning is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, and presentations that influence executive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and comfort interfacing with customers and leadership.
  • Strong project management skills and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
  • Based in Austin, TX (hybrid working model expected).
