About the role | Strategy Consultant at AI Enablement Hub 

As our new Strategy Consultant, you will work in a dynamic team constellation alongside experienced colleagues with backgrounds in top-tier consultancies and tech transformation, with an embedded interface to business leadership.

This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to accelerate your early career by working on a transformational initiative across Tryg’s Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian operations. You will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of Tryg’s ambitious plans to develop, adopt, and scale AI solutions across core parts of the business.

• Key responsibilities include: 
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform, spare, and challenge tech & business leadership in the continuous development of our AI strategy, vision, and roadmap  
  • Maintain and follow up on committed roadmaps, plans, and milestones 
  • Managing performance management and executive reporting 
  • Drive and facilitate a group-wide AI governance process, including decision-making forums with executive and business leadership 
  • Support and help accelerate AI development teams with change management and adoption strategies 

About you | A team player 

You are ambitious, motivated, and a proactive team player. You hold strong academic records from a relevant master’s degree in economics, business, political science, engineering, IT, or a similar field.

A professional background in consulting, corporate strategy, or similar is advantageous, but not a requirement. Alternatively, you have experience from similar large-scale, AI, or digital transformation programs.

You are ideally well-acquainted with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or English, both verbal and written, is required.

You hold a great set of people skills and are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization. Combined with a good sense of structure, an analytical mindset, and a solid understanding of data, you are a compelling communicator and natural presenter.

Your sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills make you a reliable colleague. As such, you can both work highly independently and in a team setting, where you actively seek out and challenge the perspectives of your colleagues. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and contribute actively to our team’s shared development and feedback culture.
