Job Description

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our digital and AI products, aligning with the company's vision and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities in the digital and AI space.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to conceptualize, prioritize, and deliver innovative digital and AI solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Lead product discovery, feature definition, and user experience design processes, ensuring the development of intuitive, user-centric products powered by AI algorithms and technologies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyze data, and iterate on product strategy and execution to drive continuous improvement and business impact.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital and AI technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights and thought leadership to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to core Digital & AI product deployments and preparing reports for management and stakeholders for scheduled and ad-hoc forums.
  • Project Management: Assisting in projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, scheduling, and risk management.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • 12+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products powered by AI technologies.
    • Strong understanding of digital and AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders towards common goals.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
    • Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering impactful digital experiences that leverage the power of AI.

Desired Criteria:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Certifications in product management or relevant AI technologies.
  • Experience of operating within a firm that shares some of the following features:
    • Globally distributed teams
    • Financial Services
    • Fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience working in a Private Equity / Investor service industry.
  • Experience / Understanding of open banking.
