About the team
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
As a Product Manager (Platform Operations), you will support the ADSO team with the construction of platform tool maintenance. You will improve operational efficiency and user experience within the ADSO team while achieving product operation metrics improvement by platform building/improvement, platform service optimization and other effective methods.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the improvement of the operations process/mechanism of the ADSO platform
2. Responsible for monitoring business data, doing user research, collecting user feedback, output product optimization suggestions, establishing standardized demand research and feedback mechanisms, to continuously promote business and platform optimization and iteration
3. Responsible for the daily operation and technical support of the AI data platform, especially providing technical support services for global users using the relevant platform
4. Responsible for proactively collaborating with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resource coordination and subsequent work
