By driving innovations that reduce error rates and latency, you will ensure reliable and natural user experiences. Your role will be crucial in developing voice systems that are both effective and compliant, contributing to Kompato's operational success.ResponsibilitiesEnhance the quality and performance of voice technologies (ASR and TTS).Oversee the development and improvement of ASR and TTS systems.Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to analyze performance metrics.Drive innovations to reduce error rates and latency in voice interactions.RequirementsCustomer empathy, first principle problem solving, and extreme ownership. Skills in improving ASR accuracy and TTS effectiveness. Experience in iterative testing and quality enhancement of voice systems. Ability to oversee the development and improvement of ASR and TTS systems.Collaboration skills to work with engineering and data science teams on performance metrics. Focus on driving innovations to reduce error rates and latency in voice interactions.About usTrusting Social, an AI Fintech pioneer, assessed 1bn consumers across 4 countries, revolutionizing credit access.
