About the team
The success of TikTok's data business model hinges on the supply of a large volume of high quality labeled data that will grow exponentially as our business scales up. However, the current cost of data labeling is excessively high. The Data Solutions team is built to understand data strategically at scale for all Global Business Solution (GBS) business needs. Data Solutions Team uses quantitative and qualitative data to guide and uncover insights, turning our findings into real products to power exponential growth. Data Solutions Team responsibility includes infrastructure construction, recognition capabilities management, global labeling delivery management.
About the role
We are looking for product manager/data business analyst to build a platform in order to power the monetization business with unstructured data. The end-to-end product will need to drive the scaling of data labelling / annotation through automated processes and deliver significant measurable impact with the least possible cost (labelling productivity and efficiency).
What You'll Do
As a product owner, what you will do
1. Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap;
2. Conduct market research, competitor studies, and gather customer feedback and translate them into product design;
3. Define and prioritize product features based on business goals and customer needs, design screen mockups through figma, deliver PRDs that illustrate design clearly, present with developers;
4. Conduct user acceptance test;
5. Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and market trends;
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing development.
