Product Management

Product Management, to us, is the “incenter” of a triangle with customer support, engineering/design, and marketing as the vertices. It requires discipline, breadth, and intention. In the early stages of company and product building, the product manager’s primary goal is to represent the underserved needs of our users, and work with our globally distributed, diverse, and passionate team to create experiences that meaningfully impact customers. 

Job Description

We are hiring for a senior product management role which will focus on our AI-powered customer support platform, user experience, and integrations. This role will focus on building products and services that will transform customer support for tech companies by making issue resolution exceptionally fast, simple and conversational through AI.

Customer support in tech companies has become very complicated and prone to a lot of time and productivity loss for support teams. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for identifying market opportunities, understanding user pain points, and translating them into innovative product solutions. You must be able to balance customer needs with business objectives and have a beginner's mindset to find inventive ways to solve complex problems. We know there are a million things we can and want to implement. Be the one to ruthlessly prioritize.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong product management skills with a proven track record of taking products from concept to scale (x to 10x growth)
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products and understanding of enterprise customer needs
  • Preference for candidates with experience in customer support products or adjacent domains, though exceptional candidates from other areas will be considered
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business solutions
  • Strong technically: you understand how software is built, packaged, and deployed
  • You have a proven track record as a Product Manager for at least 4 years in B2B product companies
  • Complete ownership mindset: ability to drive initiatives independently from ideation to execution
  • Passion for design and usability
  • Highly independent and pragmatic
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex feedback into actionable priorities
  • Strong communication skills, with clear verbal communication as well as explicit and mindful written communication skills
  • BS/BA (or MS/MA) or equivalent degree
  • 4+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ability to discover opportunities and define and deliver products
  • Experience delivering modern B2B SaaS products
