As the product leader for Underwriting AI, you will own one of the company's strategic product areas and have a material impact on the success of the business. You will work cross-functionally to find novel ways to leverage AI to improve the accuracy and speed with which we identify and assess risk at scale. You’ll be responsible for identifying problems and opportunities, collecting feedback from users, defining success criteria, prioritizing features within a roadmap, and working across the company to deliver innovative underwriting solutions. Your roadmap will consist of novel AI driven features as well as improvements to existing systems and tools that will work together to drive accuracy and efficiency gains.Coalition's culture is one that strongly values humility, authenticity, and diversity. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $203,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
