POSITION / TITLE:  SENIOR PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER

 

Kore.ai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies with our key hyperscaler partners: Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google. This is a critical role that will directly contribute to our growth by leveraging the combined strengths of Kore.ai and our hyperscaler partners to accelerate enterprise adoption of our GenAI solutions.

Role Description:

Are you passionate and committed to partner success? This Senior Partner Marketing Manager role will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with partner and partner marketing counterparts, developing joint marketing plans, and driving impactful campaigns that generate awareness, demand, and ultimately, revenue. Initially, this role will manage one direct report providing an opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate closely with partner leadership, partner account executives, sales, and product marketing teams to define and execute joint GTM strategies aligned with our overall business objectives and the specific strengths of each hyperscaler partnership.

      Joint Marketing Plan Development: Create comprehensive joint marketing plans encompassing market awareness programs, demand generation initiatives, and co-selling activities focused on key verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Telco, and Travel & Hospitality.

      "Better Together" Storytelling: Develop compelling joint value propositions and messaging that articulate the unique benefits of Kore.ai's GenAI solutions built on and integrated with hyperscaler platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

      Campaign Execution: Coordinate and launch a range of targeted marketing programs, including webinars, joint whitepapers, co-branded content, email campaigns, social media initiatives, website updates, and participation in industry events and tradeshows. This includes developing and executing specific campaigns tailored to key verticals within each of our primary hyperscaler partner organizations.

      Marketplace Strategy: Design and implement effective partner marketplace listings that clearly articulate our joint value proposition, positioning, lead generation strategies, and competitive differentiation within the hyperscaler ecosystems.

      Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including partner organization, field marketing, sales enablement, and product marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner GTM programs.

      Global Program Scalability: Identify opportunities to develop repeatable and scalable partner GTM programs and toolkits that can be leveraged across different regions and partner types.

      Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of joint marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics and ROI, and continuously optimize programs for maximum impact.

      Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct report based in India, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on supporting the hyperscaler GTM strategy.

      PR and Communications: Contribute to building a strong PR program that highlights Kore.ai's partner program and ecosystem, driving awareness and demand generation activities with existing and new partners.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

      Minimum 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the technology industry and with a strong focus on hyperscaler partnerships (Microsoft, AWS, Google) required.

      Strong understanding of cloud platforms, AI technologies (especially Generative AI), and enterprise software solutions required. ML technology, contact center, and B2B cloud marketplace go-to-market highly preferred

      Currently residing in Seattle or San Francisco Bay area required.

      Previous experience & proven ability to develop and execute successful joint GTM strategies and marketing campaigns with technology partners required.

      Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally required.

      Demonstrated experience in developing compelling value propositions and joint messaging with partners. 

      Experience with a variety of marketing tactics and channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partner portals.

      Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

      Comfortability with ongoing change, the AI industry changes constantly, and we need to be able to pivot while maintaining a clear strategy

      Analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.

      Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

      Experience managing and mentoring direct reports is a plus.

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION  

      Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience required.  MBA preferred

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position

ranges from $170,000 - $190,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during

the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
