The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorganChase is responsible for accelerating the firm’s data and analytics journey. This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of the company's data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making. The CDAO is also responsible for developing and implementing solutions that support the firm’s commercial goals by harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to develop new products, improve productivity, and enhance risk management effectively and responsibly.

As a Vice President of Product Marketing within the AI Solutions and Business Enablement team, you will be instrumental in advancing the dynamic projects of the LLM Suite team. We seek an individual who has strong experience in video and content creation, coupled with a deep interest in GenAI and finance. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a high volume of marketing content, including videos, articles, and newsletters, that aligns with our business priorities. You should have a deep knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms, namely Adobe Experience Manager, as you will be tasked with updating and maintaining our websites effectively. 

Job responsibilities

  • Craft compelling messaging and content strategies that resonate with internal stakeholders and business units 
  • Lead the strategy and execution of internal community campaigns to enhance adoption, engagement, and awareness of the LLM Suite within the organization through owned and operated channels 
  • Manage internal communication channels to maximize reach and impact, ensuring all employees understand and are excited about the digital products and their use cases  
  • Write, edit, and contribute to the design and launch of direct marketing campaigns (email), digital channels (web, online advertising, social media), global and regional marketing materials, and product videos/interactive help guides
  • Collaborate with Data and AI leads, tech teams, and business leaders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing plans and results 
  • Conduct educational sessions and workshops to accelerate the development and adoption of digital products within the firm 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 
  • 6+ years’ experience of marketing SaaS, digital products, or technological solutions 
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Adobe Experience Management (AEM)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and detailed marketing materials and presentations for an internal audience 
  • Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives and work collaboratively across diverse teams within a large organization 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field with proven marketing experience in financial services
  • Digital-first marketing approach with experience in promoting e-commerce platforms 
  • Strong project and time management skills for handling multiple projects concurrently end-to-end
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and brand focused execution 
  • Excellent oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate globally with business colleagues and execute marketing plans
  • Passionate about digital marketing trends, social media, and GenAI products
