Cerebras has developed a radically new chip and system to dramatically accelerate deep learning applications. Our system runs training and inference workloads orders of magnitude faster than contemporary machines, fundamentally changing the way ML researchers work and pursue AI innovation.

We are innovating at every level of the stack – from chip, to microcode, to power delivery and cooling, to new algorithms and network architectures at the cutting edge of ML research. Our fully-integrated system delivers unprecedented performance because it is built from the ground up for deep learning workloads.

The Role

As a Senior or Staff Product Manager for Cluster Management, you will lead the strategy and execution of a thoughtfully designed cluster management solution that ensures high performance, reliability, and secure operations for Cerebras AI clusters. This product simplifies deployment and maintenance for operators, making it easier to manage complex AI infrastructure at scale.

The solution will address the demanding needs of the most sophisticated datacenter operators and environments, ensuring seamless integration into customer workflows while supporting Cerebras’ own inference and training cloud operations.

This role offers the opportunity to shape a critical product that combines hardware, software, and systems to power AI deployments efficiently and reliably in diverse environments. If you are passionate about solving complex infrastructure challenges and building solutions that scale, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver a world-class cluster management experience with a focus on orchestration, fault tolerance, monitoring, deployment, and security.
  • Collaborate with engineering to design reliable, scalable solutions and APIs tailored to cluster operator workflows.
  • Develop a deep understanding of cluster operator needs through user and market research.
  • Communicate product updates and roadmap progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define exernal packaging for the cluster management product offering, articulate key differentiators to customers, and support strategic customer integrations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a cloud computing or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with cluster orchestration tools and concepts (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Strong ability to think at the API and platform layers, designing solutions for operator workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Technical background (e.g., computer science, engineering) or the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms.
  • Understanding of security and authentication principles in software systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, telemetry, and fault tolerance in distributed systems.
