Why Join Us:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Reporting product team. In this role, you will help drive the strategy, development, and execution of our visionary new reporting workflow product line which we anticipate will drive a substantial portion of our client growth and expansion. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a proven track record of managing enterprise B2B products, particularly in the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop highly integrated workflow applications

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

  • Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and roadmaps

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions

  • Drive adoption and growth of reporting solutions, measuring success through KPIs and customer outcomes

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, challenges, and opportunities

  • Proven success in managing complex, integrated workflow applications

  • Ability to define a vision and translate it into actionable plans

  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and documentation abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver results in high-growth environments

  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling products across multiple companies

  • Experience with AI-driven solutions or advanced analytics

  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments

  • A team player with strong collaboration and leadership skills

  • Someone who can balance big-picture strategic thinking with tactical execution

  • 6 + years of Product Management or similar experience at fast growing companies

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of healthcare IT (HCIT), including Epic or Cerner integrations
