As we push the boundaries of technology, we are now extending our core machine learning team with a Mid or Senior ML Engineer dedicated to work on LLMs.

Your role at LatticeFlow AI

As a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on LLMs, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Understand and work with the state-of-the-art LLM and SLM models.
• Follow the latest research (e.g., ACL, ICML, etc.) on topics related to reliability, safety and evaluation.
• Maintain and extend our open source tool evaluate LLM models on EU AI Act.
• Work together with the product team to scope and deliver new product features.

Requirements

What you'll bring to our team?

• Solid theoretical and practical background in machine learning and computer science.
• Experience in training/fine-tuning language models.
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
• Ability to read and understand the latest research and excitement to implement it and try it out.

The following experience is considered a plus:

• Experience in presenting technical content to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with industry applications of LLMs.

Soft Skills and Competencies:

• Strong motivation, drive, and a desire to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
