The Demand & Ads Team supports Grab's mission to "Drive economic growth by building a platform that helps people discover, engage, and connect with the best businesses in Southeast Asia." by building the best marketing offerings for businesses in SEA.
The Product Analytics team advances product innovation with analytics and experimentation best practices. We help ship multiple features every week and that means instrumentation to track relevant events, running experiments evaluating changes weekly.
Get to Know the Role
You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager - Search, Personalization & Ads, and you will help product teams be more data-driven and objective and guide the design of controlled experiments.
You will work with engineers, designers, and product managers across the company with recommendations on how to learn from unexpected results, study underlying causes for them, and refine the next set of products to build for our users.
While being able to influence key product decisions with your analytical rigor, you will also get an opportunity to learn what it takes and experience first-hand building great products.
This role is based in Petaling Jaya and onsite.
