You will:
Know our customer-facing teams inside and out and advocate eloquently for their needs within the Sales Operations department.
Use your internal knowledge to generate and prioritize clear, actionable user stories which will then be passed on and developed by the Sales Operations team, bridging the gap between our internal customers and our technical specialists.
Become master of all things process: create process maps, maintain their integrity, proactively identify gaps, and propose solutions.
Lead your own key Sales Operations projects, ensuring that each initiative is aligned with our business goals and conforms to department frameworks, using Jira for project management and transparency.
Take a hands-on approach to the projects you lead, be unafraid to jump in and solve issues yourself.
Guide and implement coaching and learning frameworks: onboarding, upskilling, new process training, change management, and maintenance training.
Own and maintain our internal revenue department knowledge base (Confluence).
Occasionally perform first-line technical configuration like building basic automations and declarative reporting.
Align your initiatives with our internal stakeholders in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Value Management.
Organize and facilitate sales meetings, ensuring that all relevant data is prepared, and clear agendas are set, while also following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
