You will be responsible for growing Haptik’s business in Brazil. You will actively prospect clients, build relationships, and close business. You will work closely with various groups within the company to help drive business growth in the region.
What responsibilities will you be trusted with for the :
Owning and achieving the sales quota for the Brazil market.
Generating leads through your professional network and business development initiatives.
Managing the entire deal cycle from prospecting to closing, while building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Leveraging strategic partnerships within the region to enhance business opportunities.
Converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through targeted sales efforts.
Collaborating closely with Business Development Representatives and providing guidance to optimize their performance.
Utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot/Bigin to track deals, ensuring efficient and transparent sales processes.
Effectively engaging with internal stakeholders across Haptik to utilize all available resources for successful deal closures.
What are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
3–5+ years in core sales with a minimum of 2+ years in enterprise and tech sales.
Location: Based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Strong network and deep understanding of Brazil's business demographics.
Proven ability to work in a 0 to 1 growth environment, starting from scratch and building a scalable process.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Experience with HubSpot or Bigin for deal tracking and pipeline management.
