We are looking for our first internal SDR to help us grow and make a significant impact.

As our first Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, making a high volume of calls, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, ambitious junior or recent graduate who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Make a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the internal team s to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously learn about our AI solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or current student in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales position - an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High Level of English is a MUST.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
