Job Title: Sales Director – Commercial Lending 

Role Overview 

We are looking for a strategic, high-performing Sales Director with deep experience in the commercial lending industry to spearhead our growth in this space. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and establishing JazzX AI as a trusted AI solutions provider to banks, credit unions, private lenders, and fintech platforms involved in commercial real estate, business loans, and asset-based lending. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting commercial lenders, banks, and non-bank financial institutions. 
  • Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers (CROs, Chief Credit Officers, CIOs, etc.) to position JazzX AI’s value proposition.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and consultative selling to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Represent JazzX AI at commercial lending industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and product innovation.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 10-15 years of sales leadership, including at least 5-10 years specifically in sales or business development in commercial lending.
  • Strong understanding of commercial loan origination, underwriting, risk management, and credit operations.
  • Experience selling to banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large B2B deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, AI/ML, and digital transformation solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Established network within the commercial lending space is a major plus.
