Meet the Team:

Our sales team will be the driving force in helping us win markets for cutting-edge AI agent technology. You’ll play a critical role in scaling us from 1-10 and beyond, taking ownership of revenue growth in the trust & safety and marketplace operations sector - our first and core vertical.

As a Sales Lead, you’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving revenue growth, delivering impactful solutions at scale, and building lasting relationships with key players in the industry. You’ll wear multiple hats - shaping strategy, generating and closing deals, and laying the groundwork to grow a high-performing sales team.

This is a flexible position, offering the choice of remote work or onsite in London, with quarterly team offsites in London/Europe and regular conferences in the US.

What you'll do:

  • Operate in a 360° role, owning the full sales cycle - from lead generation to nurturing and closing opportunities.
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives and creative go-to-market strategies to drive growth within trust & safety marketplace ops.
  • Execute large, complex, multithreaded deals that deliver transformative impact for customers.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and the VP of Revenue to refine our ICP, proposition, and go-to-market strategy based on customer insights.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers, building enduring relationships that deliver long-term value.
  • Based on success, grow and build a sales team to maximise our commercial reach.

Requirements

About you:

  • 5+ years leading deals involving large ACVs with complex technologies and sales cycles.
  • Ideally, you come from a BPO, trust and safety tech vendor, or have experience selling into trust & safety teams at marketplaces, review platforms, dating apps, or social platforms.
  • Experienced in identifying product-market fit and defining go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks.
  • Skilled at uncovering hidden pains and opportunities, and designing deals that solve them.
  • Owns all parts of the sales process, particularly in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Able to build deep relationships and become a trusted long-term partner for customers.
  • Continuously seeking customer insights to shape and refine propositions and strategies.
