Your profile
Your Responsibility
Assist in the development and maintenance of sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and product information
Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Assist in managing and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
Help organise and participate in sales meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Prepare reports and analytics to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the coordination of sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Your Profile
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Strong interest in sales and customer engagement, with a desire to contribute to customer success and company growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and delivering high-quality work on time
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends
Experience with CRM software or sales tools is a plus
Ability and willingness to conduct cold calling to engage potential clients and generate leads
