About the role:Tabby is transforming how businesses access credit, enabling merchants to grow with smarter payment and financing solutions. We’re looking for a
Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our B2B financial services by sharpening our product positioning, increasing merchant adoption and identifying the most effective channels to reach and engage businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of merchants, their financial needs, and the competitive landscape
- Own positioning, audience segmentation, key value propositions, and messaging to differentiate Tabby’s credit products from alternatives
- Test and expand marketing channels, working with growth and sales teams to identify the most effective ways to acquire and engage merchants
- Lead product and feature launches, from defining the GTM strategy to executing multi-channel campaigns
- Work with design, product, and marketing teams to create landing pages, marketing campaigns, CRM messaging, and educational content that drives adoption
- Run A/B tests and experiments to optimise conversion and engagement, iterating based on data and insights
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and keep Tabby ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with Product to champion new features based on market gaps and merchant feedback
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- You have 3-5 years of B2B product marketing experience preferably in fintech, lending or financial services
- You have experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and channel selection
- You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive business outcomes
- You’re data-driven, using insights to optimise campaigns and refine strategies
- You have a bias for action—comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution
- You’re fluent in English (written and verbal)
