Lead strategic, data-driven paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads. Oversee high-budget campaigns, deliver scalable growth strategies, and mentor team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies.
  • Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Design and implement A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and bidding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives.
  • Mentor junior staff and manage stakeholder communications.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years’ experience in paid marketing with a track record of managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications:
