As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will drive the success of our payment solutions by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure cohesive product messaging and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. You will oversee go-to-market plans, including product launches and marketing campaigns, and create detailed buyer personas to better target our audience. Crafting compelling messaging and producing high-quality content, you will monitor key performance metrics to adjust strategies accordingly. Your experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives will be vital to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: We will create and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to increase the awareness, adoption, and retention of our payment solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive and effective product messaging.
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the fintech and payment solutions sectors.
  • Manage Go-to-Market Plans: Oversee strategies, including product launches, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create Buyer Personas: Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas and customer journey maps to target our audience better.
  • Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop compelling product messaging and positioning to differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Produce High-Quality Content: Generate engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and presentations to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Analyze Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our product marketing efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Fintech Experience: Proven experience in the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of payment solutions.
  • Technical Background: have transitioned from a Product Manager to Product Marketing.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative thinker passionate about storytelling and creating engaging content.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • PLG Experience: Demonstrated experience driving Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, with a proven track record of successful product launches and growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing Tools Experience: Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.(SF HS)
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
