About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager/Specialist to lead the planning and execution of live and virtual events, strengthen industry partnerships, and drive marketing impact through event-driven insights. This role is critical in enhancing brand presence, engaging key stakeholders, and optimizing marketing strategies for maximum ROI.

Key Responsiblities

• Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage a variety of events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.
• Internal Engagement: Plan and coordinate internal events to foster company culture, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance team collaboration.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to maximize event success and create co-marketing opportunities.
• Marketing Insights & Optimization: Collect and analyze event data to assess performance, refine marketing strategies, and enhance event ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, field marketing, or a related role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event success and ROI.
• Familiarity with event technologies, marketing automation, and CRM tools is a plus.
