• Optimize based on data: Track campaigns, run A/B tests, and improve conversion rates
• Really get creative, come up with unique ideas and own them
• A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages & application processes
• Close collaboration with recruiters: Understand what makes a candidate “magic”
• Strategic sponsorships at tech & defense conferences with a recruiting focus

Your profile

• Experience in performance marketing or lead generation (B2B or recruiting-related)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Google Ads – with proven results
• Understanding of tech talent (Embedded, AI, UAV, Defense) or willingness to learn
• Content creation for LinkedIn, blogs & events (Deep-tech & employer branding)
• Data-driven mindset: You test, measure & optimize

• Experience in recruiting marketing or growth hiring
• SEO & landing page optimization for career pages
• Strong network in the Embedded/AI/Defense tech industry

• Outside of the box creativity, conceptional & systematic design thinking, disciplined execution
• Servant leader mindset, placing team success over ego
• Highest moral standards and work ethic
• We value extra-curricular responsibilities and achievements in your biography
• Intrinsic motivation, willing to go the extra mile, attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Nationality of a NATO member nation or close ally is a must
• Successful candidates will be required to obtain security clearance
