Tabby Ads allows advertisers to drive sales by putting their message in front of the highest intent shopper community in the Middle East. With +15 million shoppers every month and region’s number 1 shopping app, Tabby is one of the largest retail media networks in the region.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will understand client objectives, set a media strategy, launch and optimise campaigns for Tabby’s advertisers and report on insights.



Key Responsibilities

  • Set up advertising campaigns on Tabby Ads, monitor their performance and optimise results based on client objectives.
  • Analyze and report on media performance to our clients (eg. conversions, traffic, ad types, etc.)
  • Develop & execute experimentation plans and testing framework that evolve our bidding, copy, messaging and targeting strategies.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1+ years of experience dedicated to performance/paid media, preferably in e-commerce.
  • You can speak and write professionally in English.
  • Mobile app experience is an advantage.
  • Direct experience in digital ad managers (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, App Store Ads, etc.) and able to set up campaigns, manage insights and adjust based on performance.
  • Ability to analyze performance data.
  • Experience running result-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing for value for our clients.
