We are looking for a Creative Marketing Managerto join our team and make a real impact on high-performing social networking products for Tier 1 markets. In this role, you will
Analyze competitors' concepts to generate fresh ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team
Evaluate creatives, landing pages, and other assets to identify areas for improvement
Research user behavior and funnels to uncover factors impacting performance and success
Interpret test results and collaborate with the analytics team to refine reporting processes
Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, guiding them from initial ideation to execution
Prototype and test concepts to ensure feasibility and effectiveness, conducting creative tests on advertising platforms to optimize performance through data-driven improvements
Provide actionable feedback to UA managers, designers, and product teams to enhance outcomes
Build and maintain a knowledge base on creative testing, including structured reports for future use
Coordinate asset and video production with designers, agencies, and influencers
Contribute to the development and optimization of processes for creative production and testing, ensuring alignment with the marketing department's goals
It’s all about you
At least 6–9 months of experience in performance marketing, focusing on mobile apps or web-to-app projects
Proficiency in working with key marketing metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROI) and a clear understanding of achieving and optimizing target KPIs
Experience in creating detailed technical briefs for designers to ensure effective creative production
Proven ability to conduct thorough analysis and leverage insights for strategic decision-making
Hands-on experience running ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. (Excluding B2B platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter)
Strong multitasking skills, with experience managing a high workload under tight deadlines
Effective collaboration and insight-sharing abilities with teams and stakeholders
B2-level English proficiency for confident communication in an international team
Would be a plus
Prior experience or understanding of UA processes and strategies
Working knowledge of web-to-app or web-to-web conversion strategies and tools
