Your Mission
Are you a strategic and results-driven B2B marketer looking to drive demand and pipeline growth for a leader in anti-financial crime technology? Hawk is on a mission to help banks and payment firms to detect money-laundering and prevent fraud using our AI-powered solutions. We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team and build and run our marketing programs in the Americas.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver on revenue, pipeline, and lead/demand generation targets by building and executing successful marketing plans
Plan and execute a high-impact in-person and virtual event calendar, ensuring Hawk’s innovative and strategic presence at key industry events
Own the digital marketing targets for your regions, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to build, monitor and optimize programs
Lead account-based marketing initiatives, coordinating with digital and BDR teams to create campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and demand
Map the local media landscape to identify strategic partnerships with media outlets, associations, and networking groups that expand our audience reach
Understand and monitor the anti-money laundering and fraud detection landscape in your regions, collaborating with the Content team to create content that talks to local challenges
Manage the flow of leads and MQLs through the marketing funnel, collaborating with Sales and RevOps to ensure timely follow-up and performance tracking
Work closely and productively with the Sales teams in your regions, identifying opportunities for campaigns that resonate with our audiences
Execute events and campaigns with a polished, highly organized approach
Generate regular, actionable reports to measure and improve marketing effectiveness
Optimize budget allocation to maximize return on investment
Your Profile - You Will Have
5+ years’ experience of Field Marketing at B2B technology organizations
A proven track record in delivering on MQL and Pipeline goals
Demonstrable experience in creating and executing an integrated marketing program to achieve those goals, including events, ABM, and digital marketing
A proven ability for building partnerships with Sales to achieve targets
Exceptional organizational capabilities and a strong eye for detail to ensure events and other programs are delivered to high standards from start to finish
A love for events and finding innovative ways to optimize the opportunities afforded by them
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Drive, self-motivation, and proactivity
Experience in financial services and anti-financial crime would be an advantage
