Product Manager – Freight Audit & Pay

Role:
Pando is seeking to hire an initiative-taking and skilled Product Manager to implement Pando’s Freight Audit &Pay (FAP) solution and contribute to the development and management of our FAP product.As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to define and execute the product roadmap. Your primary focus will be on driving the
development and enhancement of features and functionalities in the Freight Audit & Pay (FAP) module, ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap for FAP products, in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories that align with customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with the engineering and data science teams to drive the development of features, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market opportunities, user pain points, and areas for product improvement.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and validate product enhancements and new feature ideas.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including product specifications, user guides, release notes, and other relevant materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and product launch plans.
• Monitor product performance, analyze usage data, and derive insights to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, and emerging best practices to drive continuous innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Assist senior product managers and product leaders in various product-related initiatives and strategic decision-making processes.
Requirements
• Master’s degree with over 4 years’ experience in product management, preferably in supply chain and logistics, with exposure to the Freight Audit & Pay process.
• Familiarity with product management frameworks, & Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Effective communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Capable of working on a cross‐functional team to solve business & tech problems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
