Overview

We are seeking a passionate, talented, and enthusiastic AI Product Manager to join the AI R&D team and help build industry-leading AI technologies, enabling lines of business with cutting edge and impactful solutions.  Not only would you accelerate the adoption of AI but also push the boundaries of advanced ML and Generative AI techniques at scale.

Responsibilities

  • As an AI Product Manager, you empathize with our lines of business and identify clear objectives to formulate the problem.
  • Work backwards from our customers to create a compelling product vision and a product strategy to solve complex business problems
  • Own the AI product roadmap and prioritize features to ensure your MVPs quickly add value.
  • Manage the lifecycle of AI products and work independently with engineers, scientists, doctors/nurses and other stakeholders on defining, building, and delivering the right products
  • You are data driven and influence our business strategy and technical priorities with that vision.
  • You keep all your stakeholders up to date on your products and capabilities roadmap.
  • You independently represent the products and the team, and are comfortable communicating with executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders
  • Dive deep with business lines to identify and understand the and think big to build scalable products
  • Use data driven methods to understanding and test assumptions
  • Deliver products on time with the right feature set and high quality
  • Evangelize our AI products and drive adoption
  • Think through all aspects of your products' life cycles, incl. business, technical, legal, and marketing
  • Create a healthy and cohesive learn it all culture that binds all aspects of product
  • Work with key stakeholders within Research and Development as well as Operations, along with product management to assess the potential value and risks associated with business problems that have the potential to be solved using machine learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques.
  • Work with production operations to deploy your model into production and support them in monitoring model performance.
  • Participate in other data science teams collaborating with your peers to support their projects.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to bring new insights and technologies to the team.
  • Participate in design sessions to continuously develop and improve the Cotiviti machine learning platform.
  • Provide End to End value-based solutions, including data pipeline, model creation and application for end user consumption.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • 7+ years of technical product management experience
  • Data driven product manager with skills in product requirements that are concise, with clear, measurable success criteria
  • Effective communication skills, makes smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality, data driven and drive appropriate schedules.
  • Driven and energetic with experience in contributing to AI/engineering discussions combining technology and strategy related to a product
  • Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences is a plus.
  • Passion for collaboration, learn it all mindset and driving value with AI.
  • Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: 

  • Flexibility to work with global teams as well geographically dispersed US based teams.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.

Pay Transparency:

Base compensation ranges from $115,000.00 to $145,000.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
