Role Overview:
CGM Sweden is now hiring a Product Manager to join our pan-European AI team. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of generative AI products, leading AI initiatives across various departments to seamlessly integrate innovative AI solutions in the Swedish market. Your key responsibilities will entail setting up and executing research projects in collaboration with Swedish and European healthcare providers. You will be reporting to VP of Product Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Contribute to the pan-European AI team by refining and articulating our strategy and product vision for multiple generative AI applications.
- Technical Integration: Leverage your technical expertise and market insights to drive informed, data-driven decision-making, influencing our business direction effectively.
- Roadmap Development: Identify and prioritize solutions for the Swedish market, serving as the internal ambassador and customer liaison for the rollout of innovative products. Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that focuses on business impact, customer value, and technological feasibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with colleagues, customers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of AI internally and successful market launches. Initiate, manage, and oversee proof-of-concept studies alongside customers and larger research initiatives with leading academic institutions across Europe.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- Profound understanding of AI, GenAI, and machine learning concepts and technologies, with experience in the development, deployment, and scaling of AI products.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, specifically in healthcare applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and engage effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Influential leadership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business processes within the AI domain.
- Experience in data governance and maintaining data quality standards.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in research, product development, or product management, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying customer needs, alongside expertise in Software Product Management disciplines is highly regarded.
- A PhD focusing on generative Artificial Intelligence and healthcare applications is a merit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and basic Swedish is required.
