We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the next evolution of Siro’s intelligence platform — building smart, intuitive tools that help field sales teams work faster, close more business, and learn from every conversation.
Own the roadmap and execution for core product initiatives across web, mobile, and backend systems
Lead product discovery through direct customer conversations, support feedback, and usage data
Shape how Siro’s AI models surface insights — help define what “smart” looks like in rep coaching, follow-up suggestions, and opportunity scoring
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship features that blend clean UX with deep technical architecture
Write clear, detailed product specs that capture both user experience and technical requirements
Ship fast, measure impact, and iterate quickly based on real-world feedback
4+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating products. Experience in B2B SaaS or sales tech is a plus.
Strong product instincts — able to evaluate tradeoffs and make decisions under uncertainty
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing contexts — you know how to move forward without perfect information
Excellent communicator — clear, concise and proactive
Proven track record of working directly with customers to gather feedback, validate solutions and shape product direction
Lead critical roadmap initiatives at a high-growth Series B startup with real product-market fit
Own projects that directly impact revenue, customer outcomes, and business strategy
Partner closely with our CEO and leadership team on high-leverage product bets
Collaborate with a tight, fast-moving team of engineers, designers, and GTM leaders
