The opportunity

We’re currently seeking a talented AI product manager who will join our product team to innovate, lead, and build our next generation of AI tools for field service teams. 

Workiz's embedded AI solutions are already disrupting the FSM market and changing the way people work, saving our customers precious time and significantly  increasing their profitability. Our new AI dispatcher, Jessica, answers after hours calls, allowing our customers to wake up to new paid jobs scheduled in their calendars. And she’s just getting started! 

Our innovative  team is already bubbling over with game-changing  ideas for how we can leverage AI to  radically improve our customers’  businesses and  lives.

Requirements

Ideally, we’re looking for

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-related products or features.
• Proven track record of managing AI projects from conception to launch.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, tools, and deployment pipelines.
• Demonstrated success managing an end-to-end product lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
• Customer-focused with a history of delivering products designed to create great user experiences
• Experience working with analytics tools and using qual and quant data to inform product decisions, and clearly and accurately communicate data insights
• An effective collaborator and communicator who can influence and align various cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working with US customers
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Curious, self-driven, critical thinker, and a lifelong learner with a strong can-do approach and a good sense of humor
