Team Impact

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of an internally used, Generative AI-powered data extraction tool designed to streamline FactSet's data collection processes, with the goal of reducing product time to market and expanding service offerings. We are looking for someone with product experience in prioritizing actions aligned with company vision, managing the product lifecycle from POC to implementation and scaling the product, and aligning outcomes and OKRs with stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Conducting research to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and analyze competitors.
  • Developing and maintaining a product roadmap by collecting and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Working closely with teams like engineering and operations to ensure successful product development, coordinating the process to meet timelines and align with the initial vision.
  • Tracking product performance and using insights to make informed decisions on future improvements.

But most of all the candidate will drive the transition of the product from a prototype or initial version to a fully industrialized, production-ready solution:

  • Product Scalability: Ensure the AI-powered data extraction tool remains stable, robust, scalable, and cost-efficient by managing performance under increasing data and user demands, implementing proactive monitoring systems, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to balance cost and performance.
  • Integration: Facilitate the integration of the data extraction tool with existing systems by developing strategies that simplify deployment and adoption, while also creating detailed documentation and guidelines for connecting the tool to other organizational services.
  • AI Innovation: Stay informed about the latest AI developments in data extraction, collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate advanced capabilities for better accuracy and efficiency, and establish feedback loops with users to identify improvement areas through AI-driven solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on AI or data-driven products
  • Experience with UI design principles and user-centric product development
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead Agile teams

What's In It For You:

  • Flexible work accommodations. Hybrid setup working arrangements with 3-day work from home and the remaining 2 days in office.
  • Join a growing firm with over 40 years of success, filled with innovative minds that value collaboration and welcome your fresh ideas.
  • Access to mentorship and growth opportunities from senior employees.
  • Career progression planning with a focus on development, including time each month for conferences, seminars, and networking.
  • A vibrant social community dedicated to volunteerism, sports, and team-building events.
  • Business resource groups supporting our DE&I strategy to foster an inclusive environment for all.
