Join our dynamic team as a Pre-Sales Intern and play a key role in driving customer success by providing expert support and innovative solutions during the sales process. You will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Your profile

Your Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
  • Coordinate with the product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
  • Assist in managing proof of concept (POC) projects to validate solutions and demonstrate their effectiveness to potential clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and potential product enhancements.
  • Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology and customer engagement, with a desire to contribute to customer success and company growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
