Meta is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as a Sales Specialist - AI, for our strategic clients in the US. If you are a highly motivated self-starter who has extensive experience in AI and Enterprise sales, driving growth and consumption for new solutions, has a bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, and wants to unlock the potential of AI to serve millions of businesses, we would be excited to hear from you.This role will primarily focus on growing our AI initiatives, which serves mid and large-sized clients with a focus in the US. The ideal candidate will have AI and Enterprise sales experience, preferably in driving growth and adoption for new AI solutions, especially in a revenue-oriented role. The role requires both building and delivering success with our key clients, by providing the right AI solutions based on business needs, joint planning, and driving execution through internal cross-functional teams and external partners. Additionally, this role will also involve prospecting new clients and identifying market needs to develop and deliver new AI solutions that meet those needs.Sales Specialist - AI ResponsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business objectives and offer AI solutions that meet their needs.Leverage AI platform initiatives, as well as engaging internal specialist teams and/or partners to build additional AI solutions as relevant.Demonstrate thought leadership and develop strategic client plans to drive growth against goals, including by reviewing forecasts, assessing and mitigating risks, and removing blockers.Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, along with commercial structure, for clients to drive measurable outcomes using AI.Build client relationships and trust with high-level decision makers across business, technical, customer experience, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders, to gain mindshare on AI as a solution that can help drive measurable business results. Act as a trusted advisor to help the clients transform their business using AI.Engage relevant support and engineering teams to address issues, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and improve overall AI experience.Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to scale client-facing activities. Help build global playbooks/guides on best practices around AI implementation and solutions success based on Client learnings.Actively seek client feedback (both formal and informal) and understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction. Effectively communicate the feedback internally to identify feature gaps and improvement opportunitiesIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, including prospecting new clients and developing new AI solutions to meet market needs.Mentor team members and contribute to the development of the sales organization.Minimum Qualifications10+ years Enterprise sales experiencePossess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with decision makers and articulating business value to key decision makersExperience in leading and driving the entire sales cycle, orchestrating cross-functional teams where necessary, leveraging repeatable offerings that maximize revenue and increase client satisfactionAnalytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadershipBachelor’s degreePreferred QualificationsEnterprise Sales experienceIndustry knowledge and experience in the AI spaceExperience with performance measurement in AI, SaaS/CPaaS, CRM, or Marketing TechnologyProven track record of creating value propositions for new solutions and driving adoption among clients.Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
