We are seeking a highly technical Sales Specialist to join our tema, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions.

This position involves pre-sales support, cliente engagement, and ensuring succesful project initiation. Ideal candidates will have experience in both technical sales and technical consulting within service-oriented companies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn rapidly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the sales team in qualifying opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Recommending technological solutions and defining architectures tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to estimate resources and ensure feasibility.
  • Overseeing the kickoff of projects you've helped sell to ensure proper handoff and successful execution.
  • Building strong, ongoing client relationships through effective communication and technical insight.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles, preferably in service-oriented companies.
  • Advanced technical expertise in AI, with a deep understanding of AI model use cases and when to apply them.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and best practices for automated infrastructure deployment and monitoring.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), with in-depth knowledge of at least one and working familiarity with others.
  • Versatility in related technical domains like Data Engineering (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) and Software Development to support pre-sales efforts.
  • Fluent English, with no doubts about communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
