We are seeking a Sales Engineer who is passionate about helping healthcare organizations transform their revenue cycle operations through cutting-edge AI technologies. As a Sales Engineer, you will partner closely with our sales, marketing, and engineering teams to engage prospects, understand their technical environments and challenges, and reveal compelling AI solutions that showcase the value of our platform.
You will be responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, use case education, demos, and exploring the art of the possible with prospects alongside our sales team. Your work will help prospects clearly envision how Thoughtful’s AI Agents can be deployed effectively within their systems and processes to drive measurable outcomes.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role for someone who loves solving complex problems, communicating technical solutions with clarity, and influencing strategic buying decisions.
