The Role
Vectra AI are looking for an India-based Principal Salesforce Developer, Team Lead for the India based team, reporting directly to the Salesforce Application Director, based in the US. This person is responsible for guiding a team toward achieving key objectives. While leading the team, you are actively contributing in the capacity of a Developer, driving success of your own as well as team contributions! This role involves coordinating tasks, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a positive team environment. The Team Lead will assist monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that the team meets performance and project goals.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers and junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and platform bugs.
- Design, build, and implement workflows, flows, and custom objects to automate business processes.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for all developed solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and post-release support.
- Work on integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve existing solutions and processes.
- Create/modify experience cloud portals.
What Will Impress Us
- Team or Tech Lead Experience
- APEX experience and working as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency with Salesforce standard and custom objects: data architecture experience.
- Detailed oriented and process driven.
- High proficiency with Salesforce flows and other automations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, being able to track down information or ask the right people when not all information is present
- Ability to multi-task and switch gears in high volume and fast paced environment
- Ability to respond and react to internal and external customers in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with SDLC; from planning to deployment.

- Familiar using JIRA
- Proficiency in DevOps – Gearset, SF DX, other.
- Experience with integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party systems.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Proficiency with git (Bitbucket, GitHub)
- Familiar with key Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Anticipates challenges and takes steps to address them before they become issues.
- Actively looks for opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
- Experience building sophisticated Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce CPQ certification or Salesforce Admin certified
