We are looking for a talented Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect to join our team and play a key role in the presales phase, focusing on creating tailored solutions for clients and driving successful engagements from the initial stages.

Job Description:

As a Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect with a Presales Focus, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and crafting compelling solutions that highlight the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, and extensibility. This role requires both technical depth in Microsoft 365 architecture and strong communication skills to articulate solution benefits to non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with sales teams to develop winning proposals and establish yourself as a trusted advisor for clients at the early stages of their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Presales Solution Consulting:

  •  Partner with sales teams to engage potential clients, conducting discovery sessions to understand their business challenges, requirements, and goals.

  •  Develop tailored Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions that incorporate Generative AI and extensibility features to address client-specific needs.

  •  Provide technical expertise in presales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, positioning Microsoft 365 Copilot as a strategic advantage for clients.

  2.  Solution Design and Proposal Development:

  •  Design high-level architectures for Generative AI and Copilot Extensibility solutions within Microsoft 365, showcasing the potential for productivity enhancements and operational efficiencies.

  •  Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that highlight the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.

  •  Ensure proposals address key client concerns, demonstrate ROI, and align with best practices in Microsoft 365 and AI technologies.

  3.  Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC):

  •  Develop and deliver live demos and technical presentations of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and custom extensibility solutions.

  •  Design and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for key clients, guiding them through the testing and validation process to showcase the effectiveness of AI-driven solutions.

  •  Customize demo environments to demonstrate specific use cases, helping potential clients visualize the benefits of Microsoft 365 Copilot in their unique business context.

  4.  Client Relationship Building and Thought Leadership:

  •  Serve as a trusted advisor for prospective clients, building long-term relationships and establishing the company as a go-to partner for AI and Microsoft 365 solutions.

  •  Participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops to build the company’s reputation as a leader in Microsoft 365 and Generative AI solutions.

  •  Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, creating whitepapers, case studies, and best practices that demonstrate the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot in various industries.

  5.  Technical Solution Alignment and Readiness:

  •  Stay up-to-date with Microsoft’s advancements in Copilot, Generative AI, and extensibility, advising both clients and internal teams on the latest capabilities.

  •  Work closely with the delivery team to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with the client’s existing architecture and technology stack.

  •  Identify potential technical risks and challenges during the presales phase, collaborating with internal experts to propose mitigations and solutions.

  6.  Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:

  •  Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and identify target client segments for Microsoft 365 Copilot services.

  •  Support marketing efforts by providing technical content for brochures, case studies, blog posts, and other collateral that showcases successful implementations and best practices.

  •  Participate in internal sales training sessions to educate team members on Microsoft 365 Copilot features, AI capabilities, and the company’s unique value proposition.

Qualifications:

  •  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  •  Experience: 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and AI solutions, with at least 3 years in a presales or client-facing consulting role.

  •  Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot extensibility, Azure AI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform.

  •  Consulting and Presales Skills: Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions. Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills.

  •  Analytical Skills: Ability to create compelling business cases, demonstrating ROI and strategic value for clients investing in Microsoft 365 and AI technologies.

  •  Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate, are a plus.
