Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager with AI Expertise to lead and manage our multimedia marketing initiatives. This role requires someone proficient in using AI tools to create seamless workflows, manage leads for the sales team, execute email campaigns, and oversee ads and social media marketing. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data-driven insights to measure and optimize performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management & Strategy:
    • Ensuring we are on brand.
    • Plan, run, and manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital ads.
    • Collaborate with sales teams, and AI Integration team to develop campaigns that align with lead generation goals and automation and triggers.
    • Create and execute strategies to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  2. AI Tools & Chatbot Implementation:
    • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize campaign content and workflows.
    • Set up and manage chats for customer engagement and lead nurturing.
    • Integrate AI applications to streamline and automate routine marketing tasks.
  3. Lead Management:
    • Manage and qualify leads through email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on lead generation strategies.
  4. Email Campaigns & Automation:
    • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
    • Monitor email performance and optimize for deliverability, open rates, and conversions.
  5. Social Media & Content Management:
    • Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
    • Plan and execute content calendars for social media channels, podcasts, blogs, and newsletters.
    • Use analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies based on insights.
  6. Performance Measurement & Analytics:
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
    • Identify trends in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Marketing Expertise:
    • Proven experience in managing multimedia marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
    • Familiarity with running ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar platforms.
    • Knowledge of setting up and managing chats for customer interaction.
    • Comfortable working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or other analytics software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
    • Strong collaboration skills to work across teams.

Preferred Experience:
