What will you do everyday?
As Sr. Manager of Content Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing materials that drive engagement, support sales, and elevate our brand presence.
What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and oversee the creation of compelling case studies, one-pagers, whitepapers, and sales materials tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Build and execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives, brand voice, and market needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all content supports broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Video Content Creation & Management
- Manage the production and editing of high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and sales enablement.
- Lead the scripting, storyboarding, and project management for video initiatives, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
Sales Enablement & Support
- Partner with sales teams to develop tools and materials that effectively communicate product value and address client pain points.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of sales assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
Digital & Social Media Content
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience needs.
- Collaborate on strategies to repurpose and amplify content across multiple channels.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content meets strategic goals.

Requirements*
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role,
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with healthcare, AI, or related industries is required.
- Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies and best practices.
- Content Creation Expertise: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience producing a variety of content types.
- Video Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and experience in managing video projects end-to-end.
- Design Knowledge: Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing trends.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $175,000 to $200,000 in CA. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
