Norm Ai is the Compliance AI Platform for legal standards-based reasoning & workflow automation. 
We developed the first Domain Specific Language (DSL) for fully representing regulatory requirements in AI code. This DSL, deployed with our enterprise platform, enables Norm clients to transform workflows and apply compliance checks at the source of business activities.
We are setting the norms for compliance processes at the largest institutions in the world. Our client base includes firms with a combined $17 Trillion in AUM, and growing quickly.

This Role
As a Director of Product Marketing at Norm Ai, you will own the messaging around, positioning of, and play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our products. You will deeply understand our customers, market landscape, and competitive environment to craft compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring that Norm Ai's value proposition resonates with our target audiences and that our sales and customer teams are equipped with the right content and tools to succeed.
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and refine our go-to-market approach. Whether it's creating high-impact launch plans, crafting persuasive sales collateral, or analyzing market trends to inform strategy, you will be hands-on in driving product marketing efforts. You will thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where adaptability and creativity are key.

You Will

  • Define messaging & positioning: Craft clear, compelling product narratives that differentiate Norm Ai in the market.
  • Drive product launches: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable success
  • Enable sales: Develop sales decks, battle cards, and pitch materials that equip the sales team to effectively communicate Norm Ai’s value proposition and close deals
  • Enable customer success: Create content, collateral, and training materials that empower our teams to articulate Norm Ai’s value effectively
  • Understand the market & customers: Conduct research on customer needs, competitive offerings, and industry trends to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Tell our story: Develop compelling case studies, thought leadership content, and marketing assets that elevate Norm Ai’s brand and credibility

Skills & Experience - Core

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of successfully positioning and launching B2B products
  • Experience developing messaging and sales enablement materials for technical or complex products
  • Strong ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling messaging
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to translate customer needs into marketing strategiesHighly independent and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

Skills & Experience - Pluses

  • Experience in regulatory technology, GRC, or AI-powered solutions
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to drive enterprise deals
  • Background in financial services, compliance, or legal tech
  • Prior experience at an early-stage venture-backed company.
