About the Internship

Join our Operations team, where you’ll get hands-on experience across multiple areas, including Collections, Customer Support and Risk. This internship will focus on supporting our Collections function, ensuring timely repayments and communication with the buyers.

You’ll contribute to improving collection workflow, using automation where possible, and supporting a seamless buyer experience across different markets. This is a great opportunity if you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn how operations drive success in a fintech environment.

Please note: This is a full-time internship for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help manage buyer outreach and respond to collection-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Track key metrics and contribute to reporting on collections performance.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to support effective debt recovery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• You’re currently an undergraduate or graduate student (at least one year into your degree).
• You’re fluent in French (native-level proficiency) and have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• You’re customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service.
• You’re a problem-solver with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• You have a strong work ethic and a thirst for learning.
• You can quickly adapt to new software, tools, and technical environments.
