Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Representative to join our ambitious team at Protect AI. This role is pivotal in driving our market share through strategic sales initiatives aimed at Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of application security, offensive security, or DevSecOps tools, paired with robust executive communication skills and established relationships within CISO organizations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the Fortune 500 sector.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor with key business executives and stakeholders.

  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients' satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

KPIs and OKRs:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective relationship building, meeting planning, and opportunity management.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Ideal Background Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Enterprise Sales Representative in the field of cybersecurity, specifically with a background in selling security products related to application security, offensive security, or DevSecOps tools.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota.

  • Strong relationships within CISO organizations and proven executive communication skills.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

Salary Range: $200 - $250K, with OTE of $300-600K based on qualifications, background experience, quota attainment, and objective achievement variable compensation elements.
