As our Sales Associate, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with Sales Executives and reporting directly to the CEO. Your role is pivotal in handling tasks that range from lead generation, prospects interactions, business opportunity creation, all up to contract management, ensuring smooth sales processes and contributing to our overall growth. Key Responsibilities 🤓 - Lead Management: Qualify and nurture inbound leads from websites and other channels. Your goal is to generate new leads, execute outreach campaigns, and manage interactions efficiently. - Market Research: help understand our target accounts - identify key players, conduct prospect client analysis, and qualify leads. - Sales Support: You'll be the backbone of our sales process, ensuring smooth and effective operations. - Data Management: Maintain and expand our prospect lists. Your diligence in updating, cleaning, and maintaining our CRM database will be crucial on contacts, companies and deals. - Reporting and Analytics: Regularly update sales process reports and analytics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement. - Prospect Engagement: Engage in at least 150 prospect interactions per week, ensuring a consistent and meaningful connection with our prospects and clients via email, chat, linkedin and calls. What We're Looking For: - Organized: You can set up a system and way of working that will fully cover a large amount of work, consisting of various small-tasks. - Result-Oriented: Your focus will be on surpassing goals and consistently delivering top-notch results. - Learning attitude: We value continuous growth and adaptability, especially in the dynamic world of tech sales. - Team-Oriented: Being collaborative, approachable, and open at building relationships is key. - Efficiency and Accuracy: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail. Required skills (dealbreakers)😉 - University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and familiarity with Google Suite or similar software - At least 2 years in technical sales pipelines or project management in software outsourcing.- Basic oral and written communication skills both in Spanish and English- Comfortable with tools like Slack and ClickUp and open to asynchronous work.
