About this role
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive – Healthcare to spearhead growth within the healthcare sector. In this role, you will engage with hospitals, healthcare systems, and related organizations to drive the adoption of ReflexAI’s transformative solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in positioning ReflexAI as a trusted partner for healthcare organizations, navigating complex sales processes, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers in the industry.

 

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise healthcare accounts, focusing on hospitals, healthcare systems, and large healthcare groups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives (e.g., Chief Medical Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Operations Officer).
  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare-specific needs and challenges, including compliance, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver tailored value propositions that align ReflexAI’s solutions with the unique goals of healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ReflexAI’s offerings meet industry-specific requirements, including HIPAA compliance and other regulations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets by developing account strategies, managing pipelines, and closing deals.
  • Represent ReflexAI at healthcare industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulatory changes to inform strategic sales approaches.

Requirements for a great fit

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in the healthcare sector.
  • Deep understanding of selling to hospitals, healthcare systems, and related organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, procurement processes, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
  • Passion for improving healthcare through technology and innovation.
