About the Role: We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement machine learning models for automating the management of US healthcare claims. This role will involve working closely with data scientists and healthcare experts to create efficient and scalable AI solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms to analyze and manage healthcare claims. 

• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and prepare data for training and evaluation. 

• Develop custom models and leverage pre-built models for specific claims management tasks. 

• Deploy, manage, and scale AI models in a production environment using cloud-based services. 

• Monitor model performance and iterate on solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency. 

• Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations. 

• Document technical solutions and create guidelines for future projects. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on healthcare applications. 

• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. 

• Familiarity with data processing tools like pandas and NumPy. 

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying machine learning models. 

• Understanding of healthcare data formats and standards. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics. 

• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and EHR/EMR systems. 

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in ML projects.
