As an engineer on the member experience team, you’ll build user facing products that help employees pick the best healthcare plan for their situation and make the most of their employer provided allowance. Employees who enroll in plans through Thatch are making a major healthcare and financial decision and we want to make sure they make the best decision possible each time. You will work with fellow engineers, engineering managers and cross-functional partners to design and support the creation of end-to-end product experiences that help employees make the right healthcare and financial decision.
